He was the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Delta Trust & Banking Corp., headquartered in Little Rock and merged with Arkansas-based Simmons First National Corp.

I’m heavily restricted in what I can say, re FIP01. For legal reasons, I can’t give an opinion as to why someone might buy or sell FLR. FLR has the utility detailed in the paper. FIP01 changes the distribution method for the reasons laid out in the proposal.

Running a business means you need to make you have an idea about the market to be able to adapt.
Flare started of as a great idea, but @HugoPhilion said it himself, they got more hype and publicity than they could hope for. 1/5
When I discussed the distribution model with Hugo (~18 months ago), he admitted on Telegram the strategy intended to lure the largest possible number of exchanges into supporting the airdrop, as it would guarantee exchanges continued trading fees over the course of 3 years.

Some people are confused about my prediction that the Ripple case doesn’t settle until AFTER Judge Torres renders a decision. A settlement could occur after which would eliminate any potential jury trial and also eliminate any potential appeal. https://t.co/KnT6t8lwaa
