Just caught up with the great @JohnEDeaton1 at the #DACOM Summit. He summed up his takeaway from the conversation between Jay Clayton and @GaryGensler with one statement: “The crypto space should be very worried. Regulation by enforcement is here to stay”.

I managed to catch Jay Clayton as he was rushing out the door after his virtual interview with Gary Gensler. I asked him what he thought of @CGasparino and my opus. He said “It was (thought for a second)…long. You did a lot of research”.
