Where's the Ripple Fraud SEC?
The SEC sued Ripple after a 30 month investigation. The SEC is in possession of every XRP transaction by Ripple & its Executives, along w/internal emails, chat apps, marketing info etc. If there was evidence of chargeable fraud or misrepresentation the SEC would’ve alleged it.
